Libya’s General Authority for Communications and Informatics has recognized a group of its employees for successfully completing specialized training courses offered through the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
The honoring ceremony, held on Monday, celebrated staff members who enhanced both their academic knowledge and practical skills, contributing to the Authority’s capacity to keep pace with rapid developments in the communications and information technology sector.
Abdul Basit Al-Baour, Chairman of the Authority, underscored the importance of investing in human capital as a foundation for sustainable development in the ICT field. “Investing in human capital is the cornerstone of achieving sustainable development in the field of communications and information technology,” he stated.
Al-Baour also highlighted the commitment and professionalism demonstrated by employees during the training programs.
