
Telecom Egypt has officially outlined the steps for customers to inquire about and pay their landline bills for August 2025. The state-owned telecommunications provider confirmed that bill payments began on August 1 via its digital platform.

Customers can now easily access their billing information by visiting the official website of Telecom Egypt. To inquire, users must follow a few straightforward steps:

Access the Telecom Egypt website.

Enter the governorate code.

Input the corresponding landline number.

View the detailed invoices available for payment.
Electronic payment procedure
For users opting to pay online, the company has also listed the payment process:

Log on to the Telecom Egypt website.

Click on “Inquire about the invoice value.”

Select the option to pay the landline bill.

Enter the governorate code and the relevant landline number.

Choose the electronic payment option.

Fill in the required personal data.

Click “Pay” to complete the transaction.
Important payment deadlines and service updates
Telecom Egypt also reminded customers of the payment schedule. Although bills are issued on the first of the month, customers have a 20-day grace period to settle their accounts. If a bill remains unpaid after this window, the landline service will be converted to receive-only mode for seven days.
If no payment is made by August 28, service will be suspended entirely until the outstanding amount is cleared.
The announcement comes as part of Telecom Egypt’s broader push to digitize its services and make bill management more accessible to millions of landline subscribers across the country.
