SAIB Bank has taken part in the second G-FORCE Student Activities Forum at Galala University, reaffirming its commitment to empowering youth and supporting student-led initiatives.
In a statement, the bank said its participation was aimed at raising financial awareness among young people, in line with the Central Bank of Egypt’s wider strategy to engage and educate university students.
The forum, held under the patronage of Higher Education Minister Dr Ayman Ashour and Youth and Sports Minister Dr Ashraf Sobhi, was organised by Galala University in cooperation with the Student Activities Sector and the Leadership Development Institute.
According to organisers, the event provided an exceptional platform for students from across Egypt to compete in a range of activities, exchange ideas and strengthen a spirit of teamwork and national pride. It also sought to enhance Egypt’s position as a centre for student creativity and innovation.
This year’s forum attracted 16 public and private universities, drawing the participation of more than 1,000 students. Competitions and presentations spanned robotics, artificial intelligence, and scientific research, with projects focusing on developing innovative solutions to social challenges.
SAIB Bank highlighted the value of such initiatives, stressing that student forums go beyond entertainment and instead foster creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills among Egypt’s future leaders.
The bank’s involvement reflects its increasing interest in engaging with young people and encouraging their active participation in building knowledge, skills, and opportunities that serve both their communities and the wider economy.
By supporting the G-FORCE Forum, SAIB Bank underscored the importance of collaboration between financial institutions and educational bodies to inspire the next generation of thinkers, innovators, and leaders in Egypt.
