In a significant step toward modernising judicial training, the Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, Counselor Mohamed El-Shenawy, oversaw the launch of the “Learning Management System” (LMS) digital training platform on Sunday, October 5, 2025.
The platform is designed to enhance the management of training programs and improve the efficiency of both prosecutors and administrative staff through cutting-edge digital technologies.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by key figures from the judicial and governmental sectors. Among them were Counselor Dr. Mohamed Abu Deif, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Administrative Prosecution; Counselor Dr. Ayman Nabil, Director of the Judicial Training Center; and Counselor Hesham Kamal, Deputy Director of the Center. Officials from the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, including Eng.
Mohamed Abdel Azim and Dr. Asma Ali, were also present.
The platform, developed with the support of the Digital Transformation Unit led by Counselor Mahmoud Samir, allows staff to create personal accounts to monitor their training progress and access integrated programs tailored to administrative and judicial needs.
Counselor Mahmoud Hamdy and Counselor Manar Aba Zaid provided demonstrations of the platform’s functionality and guidance on its usage.
In his address, Counselor Mohamed El-Shenawy expressed gratitude to Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, for the collaboration that facilitated the platform’s launch.
He described the LMS as a “qualitative shift” in training management and a key element in the Administrative Prosecution Authority’s digital transformation strategy.
“This platform reflects our commitment to adopting the latest digital technologies in judicial work and strengthening the digital infrastructure,” he said.
“It aligns with Egypt Vision 2030 and contributes to the objectives of the National Strategy for Digital Transformation.”
The launch marks a milestone in Egypt’s efforts to modernise its judicial and administrative systems, providing staff with accessible, streamlined, and technologically advanced training tools, and reinforcing the broader national agenda for digital innovation and governance efficiency.
