Canon Central and North Africa officially announced the opening of the academy, which offers aspiring photographers and enthusiasts a comprehensive curriculum that blends theory with practical experience.
Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in key areas such as exposure, composition, lighting, focus, and other essential technical aspects of photography.
The photography academy in Senegal is built on a strong partnership with the Kourtrajmé Dakar Cinema School and the Sup’Imax School (Institute of Digital Arts and Crafts), two institutions renowned for their expertise in visual and digital arts.
The first training sessions, which began this month, have already welcomed 85 students.
These initial workshops have provided participants with a solid foundation in photography, emphasizing a hands-on and interactive approach.
