In a formal diplomatic ceremony on Friday, June 20, 2025, His Excellency José Luis De Matos Agostinho officially presented his Letters of Credence to Her Excellency Fatimé Aldjineh Garfa, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chad.
This marks the official start of his tenure as Angola’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Chad, with residence in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
