The Angola Accelerator Group made a powerful debut at the 2025 edition of the Luanda International Fair (FILDA), hosting a landmark workshop titled “Accelerate Your Business” that brought together a dynamic mix of national and international entrepreneurs.
Led by Executive Director Mauricio Guimarães, the group participated in the fair alongside seven Brazilian companies from diverse sectors, including healthcare, agriculture, and energy.
These companies are part of Giants, a community of elite entrepreneurs affiliated with the Accelerator Group.
Speaking on the event’s impact, Guimarães remarked: “It was truly the highlight because we had a room full of businesspeople from Angola and beyond, and it was possible for different entrepreneurs to interact and share experiences.
For international entrepreneurs, it opened up the possibility of exploring business and networking opportunities.”
Held on one of the busiest days of the fair in a packed conference room, the “Accelerate Your Business” workshop gathered entrepreneurs from small, medium, and large enterprises.
The session was designed to empower participants with strategic tools, leadership insights, and practical knowledge tailored to the Angolan business environment.
The workshop focused on strengthening business culture, encouraging efficient management, and enabling participants to develop adaptable growth strategies for the evolving Angolan economy.
“The objective was to empower and guide participants toward more efficient management and a more comprehensive business culture, through the sharing of practical tools, inspiring experiences, and business growth strategies adapted to the Angolan context,” Guimarães added.
By spearheading this initiative, the Angola Accelerator Group not only showcased its global entrepreneurial network but also reinforced its long-term commitment to fostering innovation, business excellence, and economic development within Angola’s growing private sector.
