Djibouti: President Guelleh extends warm congratulations to King Philippe ahead of Belgium’s National Day
Djibouti’s President, Ismail Omar Guelleh, has extended heartfelt congratulations to King Philippe of Belgium as the European nation prepares to mark its National Day.
