President Déby Itno honors late ambassador Aziza Baroud’s legacy of service

Chad’s President, Marshal Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, paid a heartfelt tribute on Thursday, June 19, 2025, to Ambassador Aziza Baroud, the country’s Permanent Representative to the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), following her passing after a period of illness.
