
The President of the State Council, Counselor Osama Shalaby, received Dr. Salwa Goueli, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, on Tuesday morning, September 2, 2025, at the State Council headquarters in Princess Fouqia Palace, Dokki.
Dr. Taher Nasr, Deputy Executive Director of the Academy, accompanied her, alongside several council members, the Secretary-General, and a number of State Council judges.
The visit was primarily to extend congratulations to Counselor Shalaby on his recent appointment as President of the State Council. Dr. Goueli expressed her eagerness to strengthen collaboration between the National Training Academy and the State Council.
In response, Counselor Shalaby praised the Academy for its pivotal role in developing Egypt’s human capital.
“I appreciate the important role undertaken by the National Training Academy, and the exceptional training programs it provides according to the latest international standards.
These programs align with development and digital transformation goals, contribute to leadership development, innovation, and enhance the performance of state institutions,” he said.
He emphasized that the Academy’s initiatives play a critical role in improving efficiency across government institutions while equipping officials with the skills necessary for Egypt’s ongoing developmental ambitions.
Counselor Shalaby concluded by expressing his gratitude to Dr. Goueli and reaffirmed his commitment to fostering continuous cooperation between the State Council and the National Training Academy.
